BANGALORE: Unified Threat Management (UTM) security firm SonicWALL Inc. has increased its tech support team of certified engineers located at e4e Inc. here, to deliver wide ranging security services for local and global markets.

The team will support customers in India and also other important SonicWall markets including United States, Australia, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong.

According to Mike Anderson, vice president - Services, SonicWall, "We are really glad to find so many people in India accepting SonicWALL's technology. Since SonicWall founders, Ravi brothers, were Indian, at one level I am not surprised. The ability to appreciate proven technology in inbuilt among our customers and our engineers has helped us to scale up so fast."

SonicWALL has been stepping up its activities in India. Today, SonicWALL employs people in Bangalore and New Delhi to directly liaise with and offer technical support to its growing list of enterprise customers.
