BANGALORE: Mistral Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a provider of software solutions and services in the embedded space, has launched next-generation IP media processing platforms.

The newest members of the popular CG Series from NMS Communications are CG 6565 and CG 6060.

These platforms are ideally suited for the rapid development and deployment of cost-effective IMS applications including converged mobile and broadband as well as voice and video services, said the company.

According to Mistral, these platforms deliver increased IP packet processing capability with IVR, fax, conferencing, VoIP and 3G video, available on every port for increased flexibility.

Echo cancellation is provided by NMS' e256 ASIC.

The CG 6565 is a high-performance board designed for processing-intensive applications like IP media servers, VoIP gateways, video gateways and media servers.

The CG 6060 is a medium-powered board appropriate for a broad range of applications, from high-density trunking with up to 16 E1/T1s, to IVR, fax, conferencing, and MRCP speech. Both the CG 6565 and CG 6060 are available in PCI and CompactPCI format.
