BANGALORE: ProCurve Networking, a business unit of HP and enterprise LAN switch vendor, was named the leader in wireless local area network (WLAN) infrastructure in a report by Forrester Research.
According to the Forrester Wave WLAN infrastructure report, ProCurve has been selected due to its enterprise-class feature set, newly available wired integration options, and overall superior support.
Subhodeep Bhattacharya, India country manager, ProCurve Networking, said, “We are proud to be recognized as a leader in WLAN infrastructure by Forrester. The report evaluated ProCurve’s current offering and strategy for WLAN infrastructure against approximately 54 criteria. The report also discussed its unified management approach – which enables customers to integrate and manage wireless as a seamless extension to the wired network.
