BANGALORE: Structured cabling solutions Systimax Solutions today announced that it would open an executive briefing center (EBC) here next month.
The EBC would showcase the company’s end-to-end connectivity solutions including copper, fiber, patching and wireless offerings, which cab support an enterprise’s IT infrastructure requirements. The center will be open to customers, Systimax partners and the media.
Speaking about the need for having such a center, Randall Crenshaw, CommScope’s executive VP and general manager, enterprise, said that the center would educate customers about the range of offerings. “We also want to show them the applications that can work on top of our cabling infrastructure.”
Some of the products and technologies on view include Systimax Gigaspeed X10D, 10G UTP cabling solution; iPatch system for real-time data center infrastructure management and fiber connectivity solutions.
Dr Ispran Kandaswamy, VP and MD, Asia-Pacific, Systimax Solutions said, “With the opening of our EBC in Bangalore and expansion of our team in this market, we can now extend our reach and provide greater value-add to customers in India.” The EBC in Bangalore is the company’s third such center after Brisbane in Australia and Shanghai, China.
India is one of the company’s largest and fastest growing markets. The company has around 90 business partners in India.
