HYDERABAD: Keystone Wireless has signed a multi-million application service provider (ASP) deal with telecom product provider Megasoft Limited. US-based Keystone would deploy XIUS Virtual Operator Integrated Services Engine (VOISE) 3.0 convergent platform.

Megasoft will also be entitled to share revenues with Keystone proportionate to both the company’s investment.

“We see many opportunities to enable powerful GSM features that MVNO’s have desired but were unable to tap into in the traditional reseller model in the US market. Additionally, we look forward to replicating this model in Europe and in Asia, and continuing to build on our commitment as a global leader in convergent communications technology,” said GV Kumar, CEO, Megasoft.

“We are particularly excited with the unique offerings that the XIUS VOISE platform will provide, allowing for some very unique business plans to be realized. This partnership allows us to support a wide range of differentiated wireless carrier and MVNE offerings – from a simple model to the most sophisticated – all tailored to address leading edge subscriber services,’’ said Linda Martin, executive vice president, Keystone Wireless.

Hyderabad-based XIUS, Megasoft’s telecom division produces XIUS VOISE.
