BANGALORE: Talisma Corporation, Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solutions and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions provider, announced that they have signed a record 138 new customers in the first two quarters of 2006, which includes 70 new customers in the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2006.

In addition to the record amount of customers, Talisma has also achieved strong bookings for the second consecutive quarter.

"Talisma has recorded good results in the last six months, the second quarter being exceptionally good with large customer wins from various business verticals. We're especially proud since Talisma India is experiencing very rapid growth and we don't foresee any drop in this momentum", said Girish Krishnamurthy, managing director, APAC, Talisma Corporation.

Among those to join Talisma's expanding customer list in India are HDFC Chubb, Franklin Templeton Investments, Kingfisher Airlines and IndusInd Bank. Global wins include Avocent, Boeing Employees Credit Union, Connextions.net, Dunn & Bradstreet, GE Consumer Finance, United Airlines and Uniware Systems.

Talisma launched Talisma KnowledgeBase in India this March. It also launched global CIM Forum on July 24. The CIM Forum is a business and technology consortium focused exclusively on managing online customer interactions.

In the second quarter, Talisma continued its international growth by announcing a joint partnership with Japanese reseller Vital to sell Talisma's newly released Japanese products, Talisma CIM 7.0j.
