CRM solutions from SSA

MUMBAI: Microsoft Corporation India Pvt Ltd. today introduced the Microsoft Dynamics range of business management solutions for the Rajasthan market.

The Dynamics portfolio in India comprises a suite of ERP and CRM offerings. These solutions are aimed at helping small, mid sized and enterprise business customers increase productivity, streamline business processes and improve business efficiency to aggressively compete with MNCs and other global players.

To offer tailor-made solutions for its customer base in the state, Microsoft has tied up with two domain experts - Data Infocom Limited and Headstart.

Microsoft Dynamics offers integrated business applications and services that allow companies to connect employees, customers, and suppliers for improved efficiency. The ERP and CRM offerings are fully customizable business management solutions, which will help businesses in critical areas such as financial management, supply chain management, business analytics, manufacturing, distribution and customer relationship management.

These applications have a familiar user experience based on Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office Outlook and are built to work easily with the Microsoft technologies based systems of a company.

Commenting on the Rajasthan foray and the partnership, Sushant Dwivedy, business group lead, Microsoft Dynamics, said, "With over 450 customers across 14 verticals in the country currently, we are looking to extend the value of Microsoft Dynamics solutions to businesses in Rajasthan through deeper engagement with our partners. Our partnership with Data Infocom Ltd and Headstart will give us the cutting-edge to provide specialized local support tailored to our customers as their business grows and their needs evolve."

Microsoft introduced Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 for the Indian market last year. While the offerings are targeted at companies across the board, the company has seen special customer traction from construction, retail, automotive, manufacturing, distribution, professional services and public sector companies.
