CIO Predictions: Focus will be on Mobile apps

Mobile applications would be a major thrust area as I see it. It has huge relevance for customers. Also a lot of action can be expected on personal cloud, especially with the way personal devices and tablets are growing. Technologies that help is reducing carbon footprint and low energy traction would be attractive too.

Same for concepts that would be building blocks for Big Data.
