LONDON, UK: Even as Google's mapping service, Street View, has sparked privacy concerns in many parts of the world, a latest report says the probing eyes of the new service may force many a cheating partner to the street!

According to a latest report in 'The Sun' a wife is divorcing her husband after seeing his car parked outside another woman's house on Google Street View.

She recognized the Range Rover because of its distinctive hub caps, even though the number plate had been blurred to protect privacy, the report said. The hubby had claimed he was away on business.

This is not the first time that anyone is being trapped by the service that offers 360-degree view of almost any street in any major city. Recently a man was in trouble after he was caught 'red-handed' by his wife after being recognized in a picture showing him in a compromising position with a female colleague.

In another case a man was in soup when an image of him leaving a sex shop went online.

Though Google has said that it blurs faces and car registrations before placing images online, in many cases the service is turning out to be a headache for the search giant and the possibility of it being dragged into the court cannot be ruled out.

A UK-based human rights group, Privacy International, had recently filed a formal complaint to the Information Commissioner (ICO), as it felt the Street View will deny privacy of individuals.
