BANGALORE, INDIA: Cerebra Integrated Technologies Limited will set up a large e-Waste recycling facility on a 12 acre industrial land at Narasapura, Bangalore this year. The facility will be ready for operations from April 2016.
The integrated e-waste recycling facility will have a capacity to process 96,000 ton of e-waste and equipped for 100% recycling of all collected e-waste with zero landfill. The plant will facilitate refining and recycling activities as well as enable refurbishment of e-waste.
Cerebra is signing up with channel partners and large corporates across India to expand its network of e-Waste collection.
“E-Waste disposal is a critical issue in the world today with huge toxic accumulation. We at Cerebra understand it better and our e-Waste recycling management process goes about mitigating it by reclaiming valuable metallic and non-metallic by-products from discarded, unused or obsolete electrical & electronics appliances and products,” said V.
