A Chartered Accountant by profession, S S Soni has been with the Oil industry for the last 33 years. Presently working as Executive Director (Inf. Sys.) and CIO of the prestigious Indian Oil Corporation.

He has headed the Functions at Corporate HQ level (including IT: ERP & Total IT Infrastructure, Supply Chain Optimization and Internal Audits) and the Marketing Divisions HQ Level(including Total Finance, LPG Operations / Production and Sales, Corporate Taxation and Information Systems)

S S Soni has also been a Speaker at the IIM Ahmedabad forums for ERP and Supply Chain Optimization. He has also been a Speaker and Panelist in National/ International forums.
