| Mr. Manikkam has over 33 years of experience in the IT industry. Mr. Manikkam is with Henkel CAC since 1999 as their IT Head. He has built a strong IT Department and successfully implemented one of the best ERP systems for the company. Apart from completing some successful projects for the company, he has been responsible for the overall IT infrastructure, Information System strategy, planning, and implementation & auditing. |

Prior to Henkel CAC, Mr. Manikkam was with Kilburn Engineering Ltd- (A Macneill & Magor Group from 1975 to 1999. In this company, Mr. Manikkam was responsible for implementing and managing computing and information technology strategic plan, policies, program, and schedules for business and finance data processing, computer services, network communication, and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives. |
| He also has the experience of implementing the company’s strategic plans to meet the objective of the information technology needs of the company’s growth. He also ensured the security of the Information system, communication lines, and equipment while also being responsible for development, review, and certification of all backup and disaster recovery procedure and plans. |
| Mr. Manikkam has received the “CIO -100 Award for year 2007”-Received the award for my project on E-business. He is a Post – Graduate in Materials Management, Import – Export Management and Computer Management. He is a Panel Member in the Advisory board of CXO India (Media and Publication). He is also a certified auditor for ISO-9000. |
