In today's fast changing environment, business is constantly evolving. What worked yesterday is suddenly passé. Customers look for better products and improvements; supply chain needs today's information yesterday. To match and keep up with this constant change, enterprises must manage this change through agile processes, applications and business practices.
This agility helps enterprises to respond to change and to anticipate the possible outcomes, thereafter accelerate their decision making to lead this change.

Day One will focus on the three doctrines of connecting; innovating and globalizing that are mandatory for an Agile enterprise through panel discussions called C-View.
Issues relating to connecting the enterprise with the real world, through various technologies, competencies and best practices in driving innovation, how Indian enterprises are fighting global competition. These are meant to highlight the challenges, opportunities and threats facing business technologists responsible for executing on business strategies of companies with global aspirations.

Day Two will deal with some of the technology trends in global and Indian enterprises. First half will deal with session on Unified Communications & Computing, Unified Threat Management, Capacity on Demand, SOA, SaaS.
In line with the collaborative and participative approach, the second half will see CIO teams give presentations of their Visions for an Agile Enterprise. The best presentations will be shared with the other Enterprises through our forum.
