With solar projects successfully installed in Georgia, the Southeast, the Atlantic seaboard, nationwide and even the Caribbean, Cantsink has surpassed the 40-megawatt milestone.

The Camilla Solar Project, located in Pelham, Mitchell County, GA, is the latest in a steady series of ground-mounted solar projects installed by Cantsink. For this project, 9050 helical piles were manufactured and inventoried for the project. With a schedule of 1500 helical piles installed per week over a six-week period, the Camilla project is well on its way toward its completion date of late fall 2013.

The Camilla Solar Project is located on a 150-acre site, and a total of 69,680 Trina solar modules will be utilized to complete the ground-mounted system. Origis Energy, a developer/owner of large-scale solar PV plants in the European Union and US, developed the project; they will also be the owner/operator.
