Calsoft revenue up in third quarter

CHENNAI, INDIA: California Software Company Limited (Calsoft) posted a net profit of Rs 4.30 crores in its third quarter.

Consolidated revenues for the quarter were Rs 57.26 crores as against Rs 43.04 crores registered during the previous-year quarter.

Consolidated net profits for first nine months of FY08 were Rs 11.32 crores as against Rs 1.35 crores in the same period of previous fiscal. Consolidated earnings per share (basic) for the quarter increased to Rs 3.48 as against Rs 0.03 during the year-ago quarter.

Consolidated earnings per share (basic) for the nine month period (not annualised) was Rs.10.59, an increase of 582 per cent over the similar period last fiscal (Rs 1.82).

A company release said that it has signed MoU to acquire balance 49 per cent of Inatech infosolutions, specialized Oracle solutions provider with major focus in UK market. It has also signed MoU to acquire 100 per cent stake in US-based International Innovations Inc.
