This license allows Silver Bullet to utilize Burroughs industry leading, patented software technology as part of its industry standard common programming interface for multiple scanners models across multiple scanner manufacturers.

"We are pleased to come to an agreement with Silver Bullet to facilitate the continued licensing of its Ranger software interface product to its current and future clients," says Alan Howard, CEO of Burroughs. "Burroughs CAPI software has always been considered the industry leader in flexibility and feature content. The superiority of the Ranger interface when incorporating Burroughs patented features provides a clear advantage to Silver Bullet customers."

"The licensing of the Burroughs patented features in the Ranger product provides our current and future customers the knowledge that they can utilize a variety of scanners throughout their enterprise in a fully legal manner," states Bryan Clark, CEO of Silver Bullet Technologies.

"This removes the potential legal challenges of obtaining license agreements for multiple scanner models and manufacturers across the enterprise that may be utilizing patented technologies. Ranger solves this dilemma," added Clark.

All new Silver Bullet Ranger licenses initiated after August 16, 2013 will be covered under this agreement, unless otherwise specified by Silver Bullet. Specific financial royalty terms have not been made public.
