Burglary at General Computers

VIZAG, INDIA: An eight-member gang struck at General Computers, Vizag on a busy evening of Jan 20, 2009 and fled with a laptop worth Rs 33,000. “Out of the eight-member gang, four entered our shop at 6.30pm that day to inquire about laptops. After analyzing laptops, they left the place.

It was only after they left the place when we came to know that a Compaq laptop was missing,” said G Manohar Reddy, CEO, General Computers.

The model of the missing Compaq laptop is cq40-108 and its serial number is cnd8442dsl.

Reddy claimed that they would be definitely trying to buy an adapter for the laptop or try to sell it. He requested channel partners to help in nabbing the culprits. Reddy has filed a complaint with Fourth Town Police Station in Vizag.
