MUMBAI, INDIA: While Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) was first to launch 3G services in Mumbai and Delhi, now Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is gearing up to roll out its 3G services across the state of Maharashtra.
According to Aloke Kaul, BSNL's chief general manager – Maharashtra, all the equipment, devices and networks are already installed to roll out 3G services in the state.
“The 3G services will be rolled out this coming December onwards starting with Pune and within six months it will be available across 50 cities in Maharashtra,” Kaul told CyberMedia News. He add that the 3G services will be also available in Goa soon.
