PUNE: Brainswave Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (BTPL) has launched two products,

A1brains.com, an e-recruitment assistant and i-Kar, a tax calculating system,

for the domestic market.

A1brains.com is a complete solution portal designed to address recruitment

needs of organizations with minimum time and effort. The newly launched I-Kar is

a complete, specialized and updated tax calculating system that aids in

calculation of total income in the previous year for an Assessee (classified as

Individual, Hindu Undivided Family, Company or firm etc.) as prescribed by the

Income Tax Act.

A1brains.com incorporates all the essential steps of the recruitment process.
This includes capturing resumes in predefined format with validations, first

level of filtration, online testing and evaluation of skills wherein candidates

whose profiles match the qualifying parameters set by the company are allowed to

appear for the skill test. The test covers both technical as well as

non-technical skills like aptitude, English, mathematical, analytical reasoning,

logical reasoning, and psychometrics.






The cost of the web version of A1brains.com varies from as low as Rs 40 per
candidate to as high as Rs 130 per candidate, depending on the plan.

A1brains.com is also available on a monthly basis under two plans priced at Rs

25,000 and Rs 50,000 respectively.






i-Kar is a specialized and updated tax-calculating system for calculation of
total income in the previous year for an Assessee. It is available in two

versions, Personal and Professional. The personal version is affordably priced

at Rs 299 while the professional version is available at Rs 4999.






The company plans to market I-Kar to income tax consultants, charted
accountants, salaried individuals and corporates while A1brains will be marketed

to placement agencies and organizations that have frequent recruitment needs

every year.






The two products will be marketed in key cities in India like Mumbai, Pune,
Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh.
