Bluehost India announces “WordPress Creators Awards” to celebrate digital creativity in India

Bluehost is a web hosting provider which specializes in WordPress has announced “Bluehost WordPress Creators Awards” open to all who build websites WordPress in India.

It will be held virtually since the competition revolves around the theme of ‘Innovation and Creativity’ in the digital age. Contestants can submit websites, online applications, themes, plugins, and blogs created in the past twelve months using WordPress.

The entries will be judged by a panel of leading design and development experts such as Director of Design at Pensaar, Founder and President of UMO Design foundation, Global Executive Director of Designit, Founders of ShoutmeLoud, etc.

Out of all the entries, 20 candidates will make the defining list broken down into two categories, web designers/developers and bloggers/other creators.

The top 3 winners in each category will be awarded cash prizes of Rs. 100,000, Rs. 50,000, Rs. 25,000 respectively, while the rest of the winners will receive a cash prize of Rs 10,000 each.

All entries will be reviewed and awarded on innovation, creativity, futuristic vision and the use of WordPress themes, plugins and technology.

The last day of submission is 24th September and the finalists will be announced in October.
