Bangalore Labs to implement HP OpenView

BANGALORE: Bangalore Labs and Hewlett Packard has announced that the joint

effort to offer enterprises a 15-day free demonstration of HP OpenView, HP’s

enterprise management system.

Bangalore Labs will install and remotely monitor HP OpenView thereby

demonstrating how IT operational overheads can be significantly reduced.

Enterprises that can avail of this offer are those with over 50 devices in their

networks with multiple applications running on their systems. The offer is valid

from April 1 to May 31, 2002.

"With increasing dependence on IT, companies are under immense pressure

to manage their IT infrastructure proactively and cost effectively. We believe

that an enterprise systems management framework enables clients to manage the

same effectively " said Bangalore Labs, Chief Executive Officer, Umesh

Malhotra. "Through this trial, we intend to have customers see application

and server management working. We are confident that this will help customers

recognize the importance of an enterprise management system, like HP OpenView

and the cost and service benefits it delivers."
