Axcend to play mentor for innovators in India

BANGALORE: US based business development and commercialization company,

Axcend Group, has launched its Indian operations promising `mentor' assistance

to innovators in the country. The wholly owned Indian subsidiary, Axcend India

Private Ltd., is head quartered in Bangalore.

The company offers assistance in financial investments, infrastructure in

terms of space, man power, IT, etc. It also offers business development, go to

markets strategy and business alliances. Axcend Group managing director, Nash

Marani said, "The assistance that we are able to provide to innovators from

concept to go-to-market strategies is with our domain knowledge and expertise

that we have in our group. To bring innovators to the global market requires

financing, mentoring and business development support, access to markets and

international strategic alliances. Axcend provides this complete level of

support, beginning at the seed stage and progressing to commercialization."

The company focuses on Indian innovators entering the global

telecommunications market with intellectual property business as its primary

objective. Marani, adds "We are excited about the launch of Axcend

in Bangalore, which will enable Indian innovators to reach the global markets
