Auto Cluster Institute adopts PTC software

PUNE: Product development company PTC

today announced that the Auto Cluster Development and Research Institute here

has adopted its pro/engineer wildfire industry software for computer aided

design, engineering and manufacturing.

The Auto Cluster is an autonomous company established under the Industrial

Infrastructure Upgradation Scheme (IIUS), financed by Ministry of Commerce and

Industry and supported by the Mahratta Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture to

assist and enable the Indian

auto industry
become more competitive globally.

V M Rao, managing director of Auto Cluster, said, “The global auto industry

relies on streamlined, integrated supply chains to succeed. With a vibrant auto

ancillary industry, India is well positioned to tap this exciting opportunity.
