Atom provides IHO with M-payment platform

BANGALORE, INDIA: Atom technologies, a provider in mobile payments services today announced that it has partnered with Indian Health Organisation (IHO) to enable payments collection for IHO’s plan through its m-payments platform.

IHO offer’s Health Plan benefits to customers on pre-hospitalization medical expenses which allow them to enjoy concessional benefits on medical treatments incurred through its network of empaneled medical practitioners.

IHO Health cards are issued to customer who wishes to opt for these services.

With the introduction of this payment facility through IVR, IHO’s customers would have an option to buy health plan in over the phone with the help of their credit cards, said a press release.

The IVR would guide the customers to enter the card details on phone key pad to complete the transaction in a secure and automated environment.

“Our partnership with atom technologies will help create a sustainable partnership and smoothen the payment system for the customers of IHO. With atom, we will be able to provide our customers uninterrupted service even while on the move,” said Sunando Sen, business leader, Indian Health Organisation.

He further added that customers can now use their credit cards, under a highly secured system, over the phone to transact with us and get the convenience of instant policy activation over the phone. This will help them in engaging prospects in a faster and more convenient manner

Currently IHO facilities are available to customers in ten cities, namely Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Cochin and Jaipur.

The response to IHO Health Plans has been overwhelming from customers, corporate partners and the medical fraternity, and IHO plans to expand operations to cover 22 cities by the end of this year, added the release.
