ASUS unveils two new versions of ZenPad 10 at Computex

After Zenfone Live, Blue Cave WiFi Router, Asus has unveiled two new version of ZenPad 10 (Z301MFL & Z301ML) a 10.1-inch Android™ tablets that combines unique styling, incredible visuals and audio, fast performance and long battery life to create the ultimate tablet for entertainment.

ZenPad 10 Z301MFL, the premium version, comes equipped with a 1920 x 1200 display screen, 1.45GHz MediaTek MT8735A processor, a 10-hour 18W battery, 5MP main camera, 2MP front cameras, micro SIM card slot for storage expansion, and USB-C charging ports.

Powered by a 1.4GHz MediaTek MT8735A quad-core processor paired with Mali-T720MP2 GPU, the tablet will be offered in various bundles – 2GB RAM/16GB of storage, 3GB RAM/32GB of storage, and 3GB RAM/64GB of storage.

The ZenPad 10 Z301MFL’s connectivity options include 4G, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, and a microSD card slot. The dimensions measure at 251.77×172.17×8.95mm and the tablet weigh 490 grammes.

Regarding the design of the tablet, the company said in a press release, “ZenPad 10 features a gorgeous, fashion-inspired design with clean lines and an embossed woven texture for a luxurious appearance that’s unique among mobile devices. Ergonomic rounded edges make ZenPad 10 comfortable to hold and carry, and its polished metallic frame adds a bold visual accent.”

On the other hand, ZenPad 10’s Z301ML variant also sports the same specs except for the 1280 x 800 display resolution and 1.3GHz MediaTek MT8735W processor. Notably, Z301ML can last longer up to 13 hours on a single charge compared to the 10 hours of Z301MFL.

Both the tablets run on Android 7.0 Nougat and will come in Royal Blue, Pearl White and Quartz Grey colour options. The company is yet to unveil the pricing and availability of both the tablets, but it may do so soon.
