The newest task order, with a six-month base period and two six-month options, continues the development of capabilities that support master data management, one of AESIP’s critical mission areas. Specifically, Attain will incrementally design, develop, test and implement the material master data releases 3.3 and 3.5 (MM Release 3.3 and MM Release 3.5), any interfaces to trading partners required for this release in accordance with their schedules, and enterprise reports and dashboards, as required.

A press release further tells that MM Release 3.3 will provide Automatic Return Item List (ARIL), End Item Code (EIC), and Material Category (MATCAT) capabilities. MM Release 3.5 will provide Army Sets, Kits, and Outfits (SKOT) management, diminishing both common and special tool proliferation within the Army by enhancing SKOT data management processes. This release will also ensure that SKOT data management and publication is performed in an efficient manner and consistent with DA PAM 700-60.

“We are firmly committed to making this task order a complete success and we fully recognize the important role this project plays in improving logistical support to our Nation's Warfighters,” said Col. (Ret.) Scott Lambert, Attain senior manager.

Managed by the Army’s Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), the AESIP program’s chief goal is to converge and integrate the Army’s four existing ERP-based solutions for medical, logistics, and personnel services to Army customers across the Department.
