Arena posts 31% growth YOY

CHENNAI: Arena Multimedia, a major player in the multimedia & animation space, with interests in India and abroad, has launch its Diploma in Animation Engineering program in a phased manner in select centers throughout the country. Arena Multimedia has invested approximately Rs 10 crore in developing and delivering quality education programs in an industry that continues to show considerable promise.



Aptech's domestic revenues last year, and nearly 15 percent to the organization's global billing figures. It is likely to show a growth of over 20 percent in the coming year.



Arena Multimedia has registered a growth of 31 percent YOY in enrolments with nearly 1.25 lakh students having been trained in various Arena courses.



According to Atul Vohra, National Head, Arena Multimedia, the comprehensive Diploma in Animation Engineering should give a further boost to the rapidly growing animation and SFX industry. He says, "Arena Multimedia has been the trendsetter in innovative courseware delivery methodologies having invested close to Rs 10 crore over the last few years in this area. The focus has been on providing quality education and placement services with an effort to give long term value to students."
