The programme will be primarily focusing on the development of soft skills and essential computer knowledge to make job aspirants more ‘employable’, said a press release from Aptech.

Apart from the general students the soft skill component will be highly beneficial for the IT students because most of the companies want people with basic level of grooming so that they can fit well into the organization, it added.

“Educational institutes contribute to learning of academics, but it stops short in giving youth the communication skills and technologies that are essential in any work place,” said Peter Kimmel, the executive chairman of the Board of Seven Rings.

“These include soft skills as well as essential computer knowledge and expertise.  When students add these skills to their portfolio, they get the edge that every company seeks in its employees,” he added.

Seven Rings has developed the courseware for the two-month personalized training programme, said the release. At the end of the course, students can employ their skills in a real-time environment and get an experience certificate from a global organization.

C2C offers students an opportunity to apply what they have learnt in a real time setting, under the guidance of mentors, the release added. Those who successfully complete the course would be eligible for a certificate of experience from a global organization.
