The platforms supported through the APIs in the app maker are Facebook Events, EventFul, EventBrite and BandsInTown, said a company release.

"We were getting requests from event managers, event management companies, music groups and artists to have a feature that will enable them to share important event dates with app users. Therefore, addition of APIs of Facebook Events, EventFul, EventBrite and BandsInTown will serve to their cause. Through these APIs, developers can easily update their users with any important event date in real time." said Abhinav Girdhar, CEO at Appy Pie.

"We are confident that these APIs will help small businesses, artists, bands, musicians to update their users and fans about a certain event well in advance. We plan to add more APIs in future for different verticals of business" he added.

These new added APIs supports latest version of mobile operating systems i.e. Apple's iOS6 and Google's Android 4.4 KitKat which provides the developers with an app that will require less updates over the time.

Therefore enabling developers to focus on client's needs rather than concentrating on bugs as there is no coding involved at the developer's end, it added.

Launched earlier this year, Appy Pie's app maker enables developers to create robust applications through a complete app-building experience, providing full control, flexibility and ease of use that produces high quality apps within minutes.
