In terms of connectivity the iPhone 5 supports LTE along with latest technologies such as HSPA, HSPA+, DC-HSDPA, dual-band, 2.4GHz and 5GHz, 802.11n Wi-Fia/b/g/n with up to 150 Mbps of speed and Bluetooth 4.0.

Bear in mind that LTE is available only 'in select markets and through select carriers', speeds meantioned are 'based on theoretical peak speeds. Actual speeds will be lower' and Apple calculates 1GB = 1 billion bytes, so even 'actual formatted capacity' is expected to be less.
