AppLabs gets Mohan Reddy as CFO

HYDERABAD: AppLabs Technologies today announced the appointment of Mohan

Krishna Reddy as its chief financial officer.






Mohan will work closely with AppLabs CEO Sashi Reddi and the firm's Board of
Directors and will be responsible for all financial functions. He will also

assist the management in its focus on corporate governance practices and

stakeholder value.

Sashi Reddi, said, “Mohan's experience in mergers and acquisitions, fiscal
management and investor outreach will help energize our efforts and position

AppLabs for future success.”






Reddy has over two decades of experience in senior financial management
positions with established companies in information technology, investment

banking and general banking sectors.






Earlier, Reddy was the CFO of Infotech Enterprises Ltd, an engineering design
and geo-spatial services company. He worked with the founder chairman and CEO to

grow the company organically and inorganically. He has also worked with ANZ

Grindlays Bank, JM Morgan Stanley and Unit Trust of India.






Reddy holds a Masters in Financial Management from the University of Bombay. He
is currently a member of the Finance and Banking Committee of the Confederation

of Indian Industry (CII).
