BANGALORE, INDIA: Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited (AHLL) had acquired Nova Specialty Hospitals approximately for around Rs.135-145cr and is all-set to re-launch the facilities under the name of Apollo Spectra Hospitals.

The company will be investing Rs.18-20cr in each of the next two Spectra Hospitals which will be established in Hyderabad by October and in Gwalior by January 2016.

Sudhir Diggikar, director (Secondary Care), Apollo Health and Lifestyle Ltd. said, "The expected revenue from Apollo Spectra is to be 40pc of AHLL this fiscal year. The current revenue of Spectra stands at approximately Rs.140-160cr we expect the business growth in the next five years for Spectra Hospitals to be Rs. 500 cr."
