Amir Khan plans to chat live on Facebook

NEW DELHI, INDIA: To authenticate his profile on Facebook, Bollywood superstar Amir Khan has said that he would have live interaction with people one day.

“I know there are many Amir Khans on Internet and they have used my photo as well. I will try to chat live with people on Facebook and then they will be able to know which is my profile. That is one way I think I will be able to authenticate my profile,” said Khan while interacting with media on the launch of Samsung smartphones, Wave and Galaxy S, here today.

The actor claimed to have 3 lakh fans connected to his profile on Facebook.

However, with a smile he expressed that chatting will not be enough to authenticate his profile. Khan did not share the schedule for this chat but he mentioned that he would work out on the schedule.

Khan is also gearing up to join Twitter after a suggestion by Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

“I cannot say no to Amit ji. We met in London a few days back where he asked me when I was joining Twitter. He also showed me the way its works. After that I am working on the date for joining. But whenever it be, I will send my first tweet from Samsung smartphone,” said Khan.

At the end, Khan mentioned that he would not be a regular tweeter.
