The new Amazon device has been described as under: "All new Amazon Dash Wand with Alexa helps you find recipes, convert cups to ounces, buy and reorder essentials, find nearby restaurants and more."

The Dash Wand is not only a robust hardware device but also bagged an impressive update on the software front, courtesy Alexa integration. While the AI-voice assistant will collect your orders, which you'll need to manually confirm and checkout via Amazon app but it also performs some notable functions. This means that the Dash Wand can be connected to your home devices, but it does not support playing music.

It seems a little silly to buy something in order to make it easier to buy other things, but at its price, it's hard to argue against Amazon Dash Wand. Amazon's doing a great thing with this device, giving Prime customers a low-risk way to try out Alexa, and buy more Amazon devices in the future.
