Amazon adds dedicated servers on its cloud

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Cloud vendor Amazon Web Services announces a new Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC) concept – the Dedicated Instance.

Dedicated hardwares are Amazon EC2 hardwares launched within VPC that run servers dedicated to a single customer.

Dedicated Instances let customers to take the advantage of Amazon VPC and AWS cloud — on-demand elastic provisioning, pay per use service, and a private, isolated virtual network, all while ensuring that Amazon EC2 compute instances will be isolated at the hardware level.
