Altera receives Huawei 2013 excellent core partner award

HONG KONG: Altera Corp. announced it has been named a Huawei "2013 Excellent Core Partner" for outstanding support, high-quality standards and FPGA product innovation.

Huawei Technologies, a world-leading global information and communications technology solutions provider, presented Altera the high honor at Huawei's 2013 Core Partner Convention in Shenzhen, China, in November. The Huawei Excellent Core Partner Award is a distinguished recognition for companies that consistently deliver the highest performance and quality products that meet Huawei's highly specialized requirements.

Mark Nelson, Altera senior VP for worldwide sales, who attended the convention and accepted the award, said: "Altera is deeply honored by this distinction. We have been partners for the past 20 years, and we look forward to continued success in the years to come."
