BANGALORE: Alopa Networks, specializing in broadband subscriber service
solutions, has announced a strategic tie-up with US-based Portal Software Inc.
Under the tie-up, Alopa will support Portal Software’s customer management and
billing platform to deliver integrated provisioning and customer care programs
to broadband service providers. The project would be executed entirely out of
Alopa’s development center in Bangalore.
Alopa is focused on enabling broadband access providers with a means of
activating and delivering differentiated services. The integration with
Infranet, a customer management and billing platform, will provide a truly
comprehensive solution set with real-time subscriber provisioning and billing
capability for broadband access providers.
Commenting on the tie-up, Alopa Networks managing director Vijaya Verma said,
