Under the brand Efficloud, AllTimeIT Solutions will provide cloud based services as EffiCompute (infrastructure as a service), EffiBase (platform as a service) and EffiApp (software as a service).

“India’s cloud market is still at a nascent stage as there are not many service providers that offer end-to-end cloud solutions and services. Most of them are either data centre service providers or telecom companies,” said Ajay Sawant, managing director, AllTimeIT Solutions.

“However around 50 per cent customers prefer to have SI or channel partners as their cloud services providers,” added Sawant.

“For past two decades HP is doing business through partners. Close to 80 per cent of our business comes from the partners,” Sastangi said.

Under the HP CloudAgile service provider programme, the consortium has been able to leverage HP’s cloud technology and infrastructure to provide cloud services.

“The CloudAgile program helps to drive growth for service providers. It also helps to fulfill demands of cloud services through these partners. This is the first time that HP is co-branding its cloud with partners. This is a part of HP’s go-to-market strategy inclusive of partners and expand the reach of cloud through the partners,” Sastanig added.

According to HP commissioned Coleman Parkes survey — around 43 per cent organizations in the Asia Pacific region are prioritizing cloud investments with expected investments in the range of $500,000 to $1 million annually on cloud computing between now and 2020. And 10 per cent of organizations are planning to spend over $1million yearly.

Currently, AllTimeIT has around 50 beta customers, Bangalore based education software provider ThoughNet etc. It wants more independent software vendors (ISVs) to come on board and use its cloud services.
