Adventity India appoints S. Rajesh Balaji as Chief HR Officer

BANGALORE, INDIA: Adventity, the leading end-to-end knowledge and business process outsourcing company has announced the appointment of S. Rajesh Balaji as its Chief Human Resource Officer.  Balaji brings to Adventity over 12 years of human resources expertise having worked with leading companies including Hewitt Associates, Hexaware and Pentafour Software.

In his new position based out of Adventity’s Mumbai headquarters, Balaji will be responsible for overseeing all human resource related aspects of Adventity’s rapidly growing businesses globally including doubling the present headcount from the current 4,000 across multiple locations in India and overseas.

Prior to Adventity, Balaji was Group Manager-HR,  heading the recruitment function for the BPO and Technologies Divisions for Hewitt Associates, a HR Outsourcing & Consulting organization with over 6,000 employees in India.  Prior to Hewitt, he worked with  Hexaware ,spearheading the HR function for Europe , and was earlier involved with Talent Acquisition & Resource Management strategy and execution in India. He has also worked with Pentafour Software, based in Singapore as the Resourcing Head for the Asia Pacific region.
