MUMBAI, INDIA: Virtualization software maker VMware launches its open platform-as-a-service, Cloud Foundry.

The company says that Cloud Foundry streamlines development, delivery and operations of applications, enhancing the ability of developers to deploy, run and scale applications in cloud environments.
