It is unfortunate that Arushi Murder Case remains a mystery and unresolved even after about twenty months in twenty first century technology and modern world. Why this intelligence failure? Is corruption or ineffeciency playing havoc with this case? Are some power centres blocking the smooth progress of the investigations. CBI is expected to be smarter than police. Are there any collusions? It is a share on our sixty two years of democracy.
