Business as usual with Nortel: Sasken

Nortel contributed less than ten percent of Sasken's consolidated revenues, says company

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Sasken has reacted to the media reports about Nortel Networks Ltd. filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

The company in a press release has said that at the for the quarter ended December 31, 2008, Nortel contributed less than ten percent of Sasken's consolidated revenues.

"Nortel currently holds less than ten percent of the outstanding shares in our Company.
Nortel has been in touch with the Company and based on the information available to us as of now, we believe that the business will continue as usual for Sasken," said the release.
