Inphi Corp said the number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

Morgan Stanley & Co, Deutsche Bank Securities and Jefferies & Company will act as book-running managers where as Thomas Weisel Partners LLC and Needham & Company LLC will act as co-managers for the planned initial public offering, the company said.
