HireMantra works like a real recruiter, emulating all recruitment functions typically carried out by a human being by leveraging Neural Network principles in AI for making the right recruitment decisions.
Once a JD is fed into the web-based application, HireMantra automatically sources resumes from job portals, reads and matches them with the JD and reports relevent resumes to the specific clusters in the tool.
This product has two supplementary modules to further assist the recruiter and a job seeker – A Job Description Analysis Tool to help the recruiter frame the right JD, and a Resume Analysis Tool to enable the job seeker to optimally write his/her CV for maximum efficacy.
“If a company posts a job, for instance, on Naukri, thousands of resumes come pouring in to its email account. Normally, the employer manually selects the apt resume and calls the candidate for an interview,” elaborates Vinchurkar.“Since the existing solutions do not have the ability to pick up relevant resumes, the best option for the employer is to go to a recruitment agency and tell them the details.”Vinchurkar further elaborates, “For that, the consultant charges one month's salary. But once you implemented our solution – which posts the openings on the job sites for the employer and captures, reads, analyzes and matches various resumes automatically with the JD – you can select the right resumes out of them in a very short span of time.”Recruitment agencies are interested in large customers, as they require more number of employees, unlike SMEs that need just one or two candidates.“Our solution is the best option for SMEs, as we charge just Rs.. 2,500 per job opening, one-fifth of the price that a company would actually end up paying a recruiter. They can go for a pay-per-use model and hire appropriate candidates in a week's time,” says Vinchurkar. An IIM-B graduate and passionate software engineer, he had developed a hand-writing identification technology during his college days.“Ours is a unique technology. I am sure that no other companies in this world have developed such a product. So, we are very much expecting a huge traction in India. Our first goal is to get 2,000 SMEs in India within next two years, and we are also looking for 200 large customers two years from now,” concludes Vinchurkar.
