CIOL: Are Indian SMBs in this industry open to adopting newer technologies like yours?

PLJ: In the export market, Indian SMBs are competing with their counterparts from other countries who have implemented new technologies to offer quality products at competitive rates. Free market has also brought in competition from other countries in the domestic market too. With the ever increasing input costs like power, transport, taxes and labour, the SMBs are constantly looking at saving raw materials, decrease time to market and thereby reduce the cost of the end product.
