The meeting is set to take place on October 21, 2008 at the Premier Banquet and Convention Centre in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

In his address, Campbell will discuss how cable operators can operationalize the fulfillment of complex hosted commercial voice services using Voice over IP (VoIP) and effectively tap into the small and medium business market.

"Telecommunications service providers have been reluctant to roll out VoIP to small and medium businesses for fear of cannibalizing their existing TDM customer base," said Campbell. In order to successfully deploy commercial VoIP to SMBs, Sigma Systems advises cable operators to focus on:
