NEW DELHI, INDIA: In order to help businesses obtain more value from their IT investments in this challenging economic climate, Hewlett Packard (HP) has launched its comprehensive suite of printing solutions and programs.

Helping businesses urgently address increasing budgetary pressures, the new suite of printing solutions and programs enables them to immediately drive down printing costs and to reduce energy use, while leveraging print management tools to further reduce costs, and renew their printer fleet. HP today also outlined its innovative portfolio of technologies, solutions.
 
Reduction on printing costs: Dramatically drive down business costs with the new HP Officejet Pro series which deliver up to 50 percent cost-per-page (CPP) and energy savings compared to laser printers.  The new printers can improve business productivity for a lower price than a color laser.

Reduction in energy use: In addition, Instant-on Technology found in HP LaserJet devices provides up to 50 percent energy use over traditional fusing.

HP MPS continue to enable businesses to cut imaging and printing costs:  HP Managed Print Services (MPS) can help enterprise customers to leverage 10-30 percent cost reduction while simplifying the management of their imaging and printing environment, and focus on their core business. Through HP MPS, businesses also have the opportunity to upgrade their printer fleet to reduce their total cost of ownership by managing capital outlay, simplifying hardware procurement, managing older equipment effectively and disposing the devices in an environmentally responsible manner via HP Planet Partners.

HP today also unveiled a wide portfolio of printing solutions - HP Officejet Pro 8500 All-in-One (AiO) series, HP Officejet Pro 8000 Printer series, HP Officejet 6500 All-in-One (AiO) series, HP LaserJet P2030 and P2050 Printer series   that offer uniquely low running costs, high energy savings and cut down wait times with fast print speeds to improve business productivity.
