BANGALORE, INDIA: The real estate market in India is booming with noticeable developments in the industry day-by-day. With increasing disposable incomes among the Indian middle class, investment in properties is on the rise especially in the metros.

The demand being so high, real estate developers are under constant pressure to deliver projects on time. From escalation of costs to delay in completion, the problems to be tackled are endless. However, developers can now breathe easy and complete projects much ahead of deadline, thanks to In4Suite RE, a unique Enterprise Resource Management System (ERMS) application.

Developed by Bangalore-based In4velocity Systems, India's leading real estate and property development software firm, In4Suite RE is said to the country's only integrated end-to-end solution for real estate and property development firms. The company provides end-to-end process automation, management and benchmarking software for the real estate and property development industry.

So what's unique about In4Suite RE? Unlike the traditional ERP software, where it is all about reporting data, In4Suite RE enables data analytics and data mining. "Through In4Suite RE, one can automate the business processes - right from land acquisition to engineering, from purchase to sales, and from rental to property management," he adds.

"It ensures smooth flow of information, which is critical for the developer to execute projects on time, effectively manage materials and run the business in a cost-effective manner," says Chawla.

Key features of the In4Suite RE application include milestone-based project planning, online integration with major accounting systems, reporting and analysis, integrated knowledge management application, online certification and generation of bills, material and inventory management, integrated construction management, etc. It incorporates interactive messaging through its unique In4Messenger service, he adds.

The concept of developing an exclusive ERP application for the real estate sector was conceived in 2003, when a developer friend discussed the failure of other ERP solutions he had been using to suit his needs. This is when we thought of developing In4Suite RE, says Chawla.

The product was launched in 2004, and presently the company has 40 customers in India. It has recently closed a deal with a real estate company in Dubai. "In three years, we have 10,000 users using our product," he says.

But we have some more new Real Estate Softwares are avaliable in the market. i am working for a software company. i think there is no special software for real estate sales and marketing. but in Hyderabad people are developed a software. that software are used vary much for real estate sales and marketing and account. in that software we have lot of reports used for management. for any other details please contact +91-9491821408

I agree with Gautam, Pinga delivered a good product but again with many drawbacks. Pinga is fast with good user interface but with errors every where. Finance is not satisfactory.
Quadra is very fast in user movements in software but is license based. this is true Quadra users are not that happy.
I agree with Anuj, In4velocity was thrown out of Spaze and Unitech because of never satisfying nature of their employes and giving there own explanation in every point of discussion. In4velocity tries to prove there best performane in fianance, but with no live example .this is only to attract. Never heard any client is fully or partially satisfied with fianance part. i agree with Rohit. worst marketing is done by In4velocity. they try to show as if they are the best but this is not true. my collegue aproached one pioner group in gurgaon, they clearly said your pinga is good but we had wasted in some other product. they didnt mentioned then software name.
Bhoomi software is a good one these days. They prove what they say. but they dont have much features. bugs are very common but this is sure they will remove all bugs one day.middle east is worst suffering in terms of real estate. It is quite meaningless and demeaning by mudslinging at each others products and services. Organisations and their products mentioned here have mixed feedbacks and successes. One cannot show some product in bad light because of some isolated & bygone case. Representing my company I do also strongly refute the misinformation spread about us. Initially we did have some limitations and hicupps as anyone else would have , but now with about 26 implementations across the country we are a strong force to reckon with. We have had excellent customer recommendations too and are spreading out evenly across the other regions.

I think in4velocity uses negative marketing extensively. Quadra confirms that guys are totally unhappy at Diamond Group and with their service. They are ready to change but have paid so much money and dont really feel its value for money. Apparently Diamond Group did not even start with Matrix as well. They shifted because at that time Matrix did not have a web based product at the time. Also heard that some people joined in4velocity from matrix and left within a few months. Apparently not a good company to work with. Rumors are that Brigade also moved out in4velocity in their home ground in Bangalore to SAP. This integration for Tally is just to lull the customer in false sense of confidence whereby his business continuous without any improvement. All eyes on how Ramco performs at DLF and SAP at Brigade. Quadra the oldest player has also launched its end to end Web based ERP.

There is a video (several videos) with clients talking about the value the product has brought to them.

Why do you guys just bull shit. In4velocity stopped working with Spaze due to non payment of dues. If you want to talk about Matrix - please talk to their "real" real estate customers like Diamond Group (Calcutta - their home base) who stopped using them and moved to In4suite or their other customers who have also stopped using their product. More than 50% of their implementations are failures. Dont promote your own product by discrediting another product, it only hurts your own company. Where as Ping Solutions is concerned, they are not even a solution to be concerned with - only sales module and the company just went down from 80 people to 17 people, probably will not survive. By the way, Matrix didnt pay their salaries for a few months as well, so what are you guys talking about - lets hope they make it. India needs more product players. The only solutions available that make sense are SAP (11 successful implementation) and In4velocity (71 successful installations). Best of Luck!
