CDC-CRM unveils new solution for insurance sector

BANGALORE, INDIA: CDC-CRM Solutions India, a provider of enterprise CRM and related solutions, recently unveiled the CDC Collection Management solution for the insurance industry.

The new solution would manage the entire collection process, from the generation of automatic notifications to automating communication with customers and external collection agents, said a press release.

Notifications are sent to the customer via SMS, e-mail or via a phone call.

All the processes involved such as delivering notifications, assigning renewal opportunities, monitoring performance, automatic reminders and communication with customers, external agents, and so on could be done through this solution.

The solution provides a more streamlined process, ensuring higher productivity, greater customer retention and lower cost of operations.

The new solution is user friendly and easily adaptable and finding workers trained in the software is relatively simple, the release added.
