Heres a realistic check from Dana Gardners Analysis in ZdNet. Agree with the analysts view that Sun does not really have anything to offer to IBM except a set of losing products. Though its well known that Sun is trying to sell itself to anyone who will buy to get out of the huge problems they are in. IBM buying Sun Microsystems makes no sense, its a red herring
